Your seed phrase (usually 12 or 24 words) can recreate your private keys and control every asset in your wallet, on every chain it supports. Anyone who has it owns everything you own.

Write it on paper or metal, store it somewhere physical and offline, and never type it into a website, app, or message, no matter how official it looks.
