You'll learn how to structure multi-turn conversations, track dialogue state, recognize intent and fill slots, and design graceful fallbacks, whether the system underneath is a simple rule engine or a large language model. Distinct from the site's AI Agents track, which covers autonomous task-completing agents, this course is for anyone building something a person actually talks to.
