Multichain Builders Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and purchase from Multichain Builders — a blockchain and AI education platform offering source code templates, live learning sessions, ebooks, and consulting services. By accessing multichainbuilders.com or making any purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Multichain Builders LLC is registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, and operates from Nairobi, Kenya. References to "Multichain Builders," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Multichain Builders LLC and its founder Tevin Isaac.

1. Multichain Builders Products

1.1 What you receive

Multichain Builders offers four categories of products: source code templates (real Web3 dApps you can deploy), live blockchain learning sessions, educational ebooks, and consulting engagements. When you purchase any of these, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for a single project or for your own learning. Your license begins upon payment confirmation.

1.2 No refunds

All Multichain Builders sales are final. Our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks for any reason. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have reviewed the product description and live demo (where available) and are satisfied prior to payment.

1.3 Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or repackage any Multichain Builders template, ebook, or session recording as your own product. You may not share download links or payment access with third parties. Buyers of templates may build commercial products on top of our code, but may not sell or license the underlying template code itself. Violations entitle Multichain Builders LLC to pursue injunctive relief and damages.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Multichain Builders platform — including source code, written content, session recordings, ebook text, designs, and the Multichain Builders name and logo — is the exclusive intellectual property of Multichain Builders LLC. Purchasing a product grants you a limited license as described above. It does not transfer any copyright, trademark, or other IP right to you.

You retain ownership of any custom modifications or derivative applications you build on top of our templates, provided you do not extract and distribute the original template code separately.

3. Sessions and Consulting

Multichain Builders live session seats are confirmed only after payment is verified. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session with at least 48 hours notice. In that case your payment will be credited toward a future session of equal value. Session recordings, where provided, are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

Consulting engagements (architecture reviews, team training, DevRel retainers) are governed by a separate agreement issued before work begins. These Terms apply to the extent not superseded by that agreement.

4. Payments

Multichain Builders currently accepts USDT (TRC-20 network) as its primary payment method. Blockchain payments are peer-to-peer and irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Multichain Builders LLC is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address. Always verify the wallet address displayed before sending any funds.

We may also facilitate payment via MoonPay or similar on-ramp partners. Transactions through those platforms are subject to the partner platform's own terms, fees, and KYC requirements.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Multichain Builders products and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that templates will be error-free, compatible with your specific infrastructure, or suitable for your particular commercial purpose. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or success from using our products or attending our sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Multichain Builders LLC, its founder, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Multichain Builders products or services to: (a) engage in unlawful activity; (b) infringe on any third-party intellectual property; (c) deploy malicious smart contracts or code; (d) circumvent platform security measures; or (e) violate the rights of any person or entity. We reserve the right to revoke access and withhold delivery without refund if these rules are violated.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. For users based in Kenya, the Kenya Information and Communications Act and applicable Kenyan consumer protection law apply to the extent required by law.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation between the parties. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, it shall be settled by binding arbitration in either Nairobi, Kenya, or the State of Wyoming, USA, at Multichain Builders LLC's election. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

9. Changes to These Terms

Multichain Builders may update these Terms at any time. We will revise the effective date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of our platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
